SANCHALI HARSHA, began her journey as the daughter of distinguished IAS officer S.K Ghosal. Her formative years were characterized by extensive travel throughout India, as her father's prestigious position required frequent relocations, exposing her to the rich tapestry of Indian culture and architecture from an early age. During her architectural studies, a fateful encounter with fellow student Harsha Shivakumar blossomed into a professional partnership.

Throughout her career, Sanchali has distinguished herself through her exceptional expertise in retail design, particularly during her significant tenure with LEVIS. In this role, she masterfully crafted and oversaw the design of their retail spaces across South East Asia, earning recognition through two prestigious awards for her innovative approach to commercial architecture. Her profound understanding of spatial design and consumer psychology has consistently informed her work in this sector.

Since assuming leadership at Kumar and Swamy in 2004, Sanchali has emerged as a pioneering force in educational architecture. Her deep understanding of child psychology and its application to architectural design has revolutionized how learning spaces are conceived and constructed.
